Reservations
All rent is prepaid as there are no facilities for collecting and depositing payment at Las Dunas.  A deposit is required for reservation confirmation.  The deposit amount is equal to one-half the total stay or one night, whichever is greater, and must be received within 5 working days after making the reservation.  The balance is due before check-in.  No refunds will be given if you check out before the end of the reserved time.
 

• Check-in is after 4:00 PM.  Early or late arrivals MUST be arranged in advanced.
• Check-out is at 12:00 Noon

Payments
Payments are accepted in the form of check or money order payable to Beach Vacations LLC. Please send payments to:

Santo Tomas Rentals, P.O. Box 21782, Mesa, AZ 85277-1782
Please include the name of the rental home and the dates of your reservation with your payment.
Cancellations
The deposit will be refunded, less a $20.00 handling fee, if the notification of any cancellation (total or partial) is received at least 14 days before the reservation date.  Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation date, unless La Casa can be rebooked for the entire length of the original reservation.  The full rate will be charged for any night eliminated from the original reservation that is not rebooked.
ATV Policy
Renters are NOT permitted to use ATV's at Las Dunas. NO EXCEPTIONS.
